Fees & Payments

• Monthly Fees: All childcare fees are due in advance on the 1st day of each month.
• Payment Options: Families may choose one of the following methods to secure enrollment: Provide twelve (12) post-dated cheques at registration, or Sign a Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) Agreement authorizing automatic withdrawal of monthly fees from their bank account on scheduled dates.
• Refundable Deposit: A deposit equal to one-half (½) month of care is required to finalize enrollment. This deposit will be refunded when the family withdraws from the program, provided that a minimum of 30 days’ written notice is given.
• Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $150 is due at the time of enrollment to cover administrative and processing costs.
• Attendance Policy: Fees are based on enrollment, not attendance. No refunds or credits will be issued for absences due to illness, holidays, vacations, or centre closures.
• Late or Unpaid Fees: May result in suspension or termination of care unless other arrangements have been made in writing and approved by the administration.

Withdrawal Policy

• Parent Withdrawal: Families must provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice, submitted by the last day of the month, to withdraw their child from the program.
• Refund of Payments: Any unused post-dated cheques will be returned once the notice period has been completed.
• Centre-Initiated Termination: If LumiNest discontinues care, families will also receive 30 days’ written notice.
• Urgent Situations: In exceptional circumstances (e.g., safety or behavioral concerns), LumiNest reserves the right to end care immediately. In such cases, fees will be adjusted accordingly, and unused cheques or payments will be returned
